Alpine climbing in Lochaber - Ben Nevis and Glen Coe
This course is aimed at folk who want 5 days climbing and mountaineering in the Highlands, summer AND winter.....and have a flexible approach to conditions. Ben Nevis is often still in good condition for winter mountaineering and ice climbing at this time of Spring and if so ascents of the classic north face climbs can be made. If a major thaw has swept the Highlands high quality rock climbing or Alpine Style ridges can be undertaken. Excellent alpine preparation or just a fantastic mountaineering experience in the Highlands.
Course Pre-requirements: Some winter mountaineering and rock climbing experience

Introduction to 'Classic' Highland Rock
This course is aimed at folk who want 5 days rock climbing and mountaineering in the Highlands, based in Lochaber. It can act as an introduction to rock climbing outside for folk who have some indoor wall experience and want to sample the more adventurous delights of life on the rock. The first two days will be spent training and climbing on the superb valley crags in Glen Nevis followed by outings to some of the classic Highland Routes in Glen Coe, the Cairngorms and on Ben Nevis
Course Pre-requirements: Some indoor wall or rock climbing experience and a desire to improve your rock climbing skills, rope work and visit some of the Highlands classic rock climbs, from Diff to VS.

'Hard' Highland Rock
This course is aimed at folk who want 5 days rock climbing and mountaineering in the Highlands, based in Lochaber. Skye Mountaineering Courses
This course is aimed at folk who want 5 days scrambling and mountaineering on the Black Cuillin Ridge. Weather, fitness and ability permitting an attempt on the complete ridge traverse will be undertaken which includes an overnight bivouac on the ridge itself. The course will be based at a bunkhouse on Skye but may also use a night in a bothy / camp / bivvi. This course also offers a good opportunity to improve your mountaineering rope work and tick off as many of the Skye Munros as possible.
Course Pre-requirements: Some hill walking experience, a reasonable level of fitness and a head for heights!

It can act as an introduction to rock climbing outside for folk who have some indoor wall experience and want to sample the more adventurous delights of life on the rock. The first two days will be spent training and climbing on the superb valley crags followed by outings to some of the classic mountain routes in Ogwen, the Llanberris Pass or perhaps the superb sea cliffs of the North Wales coastline.
Course Pre-requirements: Some indoor wall or rock climbing experience and a desire to improve your rock climbing skills, rope work and visit some of Snowdonia's classic rock climbs, from Diff to VS.
June 11th - 15th, 2007 (meet monday morning followed by 5 full days, monday - friday )

Snowdonia Scrambling weekends
Come to the mountains of Snowdonia and experience the excellent scrambling and mountaineering available. This weekend will offer some scrambling and ropework training and the opportunity to sample a couple of the classic scrambles of the area.
